Una experiencia de 10. La verdad es que subir a bordo de un velero y teniendo la suerte de poder navegar con el viento es una maravilla. Manolo nos recibió en su barco en el muelle de Funchal. Nos explicó las normas de seguridad y nos dio una bebida de bienvenida. Estuvimos durante 5 horas en el barco. A medida que iba pasando el tiempo nos fue sacando aperitivos típicos españoles (él es de España). Sin duda repetiremos la experiencia. ~ Jorge M

We had the most amazing private sailing trip in Madeira to celebrate my birthday with 4 adults and 2 kids. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The crew was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel completely at ease. What made it even more special was that we actually used the sails — it felt like a real sailing experience, not just a motorboat ride. We also stopped for a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters, which the kids absolutely loved. It was the perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and celebration. Fabulous sunset cruise! We were fortunate the earlier rain cleared in time for us to enjoy a dry and sunny cruise with enough clouds around to see a fantastic sunset. The sailboat is a very comfortable 41' with plenty of room for the six of us to relax and participate in sailing the boat as we desired. The skipper is a very experienced and knowlegable sailor. Safey and comfort is his main concern. This is a great way to see the city of Funchal both in daylight and after the sun goes down. I highly recomend sailing with Madeira Sunkiss Sailing. ~ Skip H

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of experiencing an incredible day sailing trip with “Madeira Sunkiss Sailing” and it was beyond amazing! Starting from the picturesque Funchal, our journey took us along the stunning coastline to the beautiful “Fajã dos Padres”, and it was pure bliss from start to finish. Our skipper, Manolo, and his wonderful daughter Nani, were the perfect hosts. Manolo's expertise and Nani's charm made the entire trip smooth and delightful. They made sure we were comfortable and entertained throughout the trip. The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly the sunset we enjoyed on the boat. As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting golden hues across the sky, we were left in awe of Madeira’s beauty. It was the perfect ending to an amazing day at sea. An incredible day on a private sailing boat! The vessel is elegant, comfortable, and perfectly maintained, giving us the freedom to enjoy the sea. We enjoyed a lovely sunset cruise with Sunkiss Sailing. 8 of us were comfortably seated, the sea was relatively calm, but the wind gave us a great sailing experience. Welcome drinks and snacks provided, and a chance for some to use their sailing skills. À fun evening. ~ Jane H

Carlos was an amazing captain and the boat was wonderful. Great day of sailing and we even spotted a bunch of dolphins. The food and wine they serviced was awesome. Great way to see the coast and even go for a swim. Highly recommend. ~ Seth P

Ich habe diesen Ausflug als Geburtstagsgeschenk für meinen Mann gebucht. Und nur Dank dem Manolo ist es zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis geworden. Wie hilfsbereit, herzlichen und besorgt um seine Gäste dieser Mensch ist.... so einen trifft man selten!!!!! Es war ein traumhafter Ausflug gewesen: von dem ersten Kontakt und bis zu unserer Abreise von Madeira! Die Yacht war ansprechend ausgestattet und hat uns vieren viel Platz geboten. Der Ablauf wurde flexibel und ganz nach unseren Wünsche abgestimmt. Uns wurden mehrere Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten angeboten (z.B. snorkeling, standing paddling). Auch Getränke und leckere Snacks dürften nicht fehlen! Erfolgreiches Schnorcheln mit Rochenbeobachtung, atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang, wunderschönen Ausblick auf nächtlichen Funchal, vorbei schwimmende Delfine beim "Happy Birthday" singen - das bleibt noch lange in unseren Erinnerungen!!!!
